Compact drum roaster with timer and temperature control for small‑batch cocoa beans. Roasts approximately 2–4 lbs (1–2 kg) per batch; suitable for R&D, pilot runs, and origin labs. Convection/conduction heating and uniform drum tumbling support even roast development. Pair with a cooling tray for rapid arrest and repeatability.
